Agreement
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you engage Arc Growth for a project, the specific quote or agreement we sign with you takes precedence over anything general here.
What we do
Arc Growth designs and builds websites and provides digital marketing services (such as SEO, Google Ads and social advertising). Details, scope and price for any work are set out in the quote we agree with you before starting.
No guaranteed results
We're honest about what marketing can and can't promise. We don't guarantee specific search rankings, ad results, lead volumes or revenue, anyone who does is bluffing. We commit to doing the work professionally and reporting results transparently.
Quotes, payment and ad spend
Website builds are quoted as a one-off. Marketing services are billed as agreed and are month to month with no lock-in. Any advertising budget you spend with a platform (for example Google or Meta) is separate from our fees and is paid by you to that platform.
Ownership and intellectual property
On completion and payment, your website, its content and your domain are yours. Any advertising or analytics accounts we set up are in your name. We keep ownership of our own underlying tools, templates and methods. Unless you ask us not to, we may reference completed work in our portfolio.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you give us, and for making sure you have the rights to any text, images, logos or other materials you provide for use on your site or in your campaigns.
Third-party services
Your site and campaigns rely on third-party platforms (for example website hosting, payment processing, and advertising networks). Your use of those is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or actions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Arc Growth isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to our work is limited to the fees you paid us for that work. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Ending an engagement
You can stop a month-to-month marketing service at any time, effective at the end of the current period. On leaving, you keep your website files, domain and accounts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
